Project First Certificate in English (FCE) It is he second year that the HOB offered an extra course to students who are especially interested in English to prepare for the First Certificate in English (FCE) exam of the University of Cambridge, which is widely recognised for work and study purposes. FCE is an intermediate level Cambridge ESOL exam, at level B2 of the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.FCE has five papers:· Reading · Writing · Use of English · Listening · Speaking Each of the written papers is returned to Cambridge for marking and assessment, the Speaking Test is conducted by two locally based examiners.All our students who took the exam have passed.
